The St. John’s College Infrastructure Upgrade consists of prioritizing and orchestrating multiple projects throughout the existing campus in order to address decades worth of maintenance issues. These projects run the gamut from replacing a large boiler and air handling systems to reroofing to road repaving to dorm building overhauls. The College is using a $5 million bond to pay for the projects. In addition to coordinating with engineers, architects, City of Santa Fe officials, and other assorted consultants, PBI is also providing detailed tracking and accounting of available funds so that it is all put to use before the spending window closes. Work is ongoing—with PBI serving as project liaison–while the College continues its normal activities.
