Rio Grande is an independent school serving students from preschool through sixth grade. RGS intended to grow and to do so PBI needed to update their land use approvals for their campus with the City (the external master plan on file with the City). PBI also realized that RGS didn’t have internal consensus about their own ideas for growth. We led an internal master planning effort to create the proper alignment of all the stakeholders: board members, faculty and staff, parents.
PBI’s role: finalize Master Plan per board approvals; shepherd Master Plan through City’s approval process; select and work with civil engineer; meet with City staff and fire marshal; revise internal Master Plan.
