Built in 2008, the 72,000 SF Santa Fe Community Convention Center had been exploring options to enhance its offerings to appeal to meeting and convention planners from all over the country. A key project included enclosing the space’s 12,600 SF courtyard. Tourism Santa Fe tasked PBI with evaluating the viability of this potential project.
PBI’s role: Conduct feasibility study including evaluating conceptual plans for a courtyard enclosure; budgeting; land-use/archeological considerations; analysis of existing structural engineering.
